Warranty policy, claim process, terms & conditions and privacy policy for Instant Repair services.
Instant Repair Warranty Policy
- Instant Repair द्वारा प्रदान की गई repair/service पर applicable warranty केवल उस specific repair/service और replaced part पर लागू होगी जिसका उल्लेख customer invoice/job sheet में किया गया है।
- Warranty period: 30 Days from the date of service.
- Warranty केवल उसी issue/part से संबंधित होगी जिस पर repair/service की गई है।
- Physical damage, liquid damage, accidental damage, misuse या unauthorized repair के कारण होने वाली समस्या warranty में शामिल नहीं होगी।
- Warranty claim के लिए original invoice/job ID आवश्यक हो सकता है।
- Warranty inspection के बाद ही claim approve किया जाएगा।
- Warranty के अंतर्गत repair/replacement का निर्णय technical inspection के आधार पर Instant Repair द्वारा लिया जाएगा।
How to Claim Warranty
Warranty claim करने के लिए customer हमारी support team से संपर्क कर सकता है।
Required Details:
- Customer Name
- Mobile Number
- Invoice/Job ID
- Device Details
- Problem Description
- Repair Date
Claim receive होने के बाद हमारी team issue verify करेगी और आगे की प्रक्रिया customer को बताएगी।
Terms & Conditions
- Instant Repair की services का उपयोग करने पर customer इन Terms & Conditions को स्वीकार करता है।
- Customer द्वारा दी गई device और personal information सही होनी चाहिए।
- Repair से पहले device की condition का inspection किया जा सकता है।
- Repair के दौरान पहले से मौजूद damage/issue की जानकारी customer को दी जा सकती है।
- Customer को महत्वपूर्ण data का backup स्वयं रखना चाहिए।
- Repair charges device और required service/parts के अनुसार निर्धारित किए जाएंगे।
- Additional issue मिलने पर customer की approval के बाद additional charges लागू हो सकते हैं।
- Unclaimed devices के लिए 30 days के बाद applicable storage/other charges लग सकते हैं।
- Instant Repair किसी third-party software, account या data loss के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा, जहाँ वह issue repair service के direct scope में नहीं आता।
Privacy Policy
Instant Repair customer की privacy का सम्मान करता है। हम customer से प्राप्त information का उपयोग service प्रदान करने, communication, billing और customer support के लिए करते हैं।
हम निम्न information collect कर सकते हैं:
- Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Device Information
- Service/Repair Details
- Billing Information
Customer की personal information को बिना उचित आवश्यकता या कानूनी obligation के third parties के साथ share नहीं किया जाएगा।
Customer अपनी information से संबंधित किसी भी प्रश्न के लिए हमसे संपर्क कर सकता है।
